The present Internet applications are based on data and texts from the Publishing House stored electronically on the Internet. All copyrights and rights of publication and their exclusive online rights of use by all registered Internet addresses (domains) are the property of Ms Ernestine Sachon.

Publisher, author and editor as well as general responsible manager and proprietor of all rights including translations and electronically stored data, together with all the rights and rights of use of all applied software either developed by the Publishing House itself and/or purchased with all due rights is Ms Ernestine Sachon.

Any kind of adoption, including electronically or by means of any other procedures, of nomenclatures, editorial contributions and group classifications copyright for and by the Author and the Publishing House as well as the structure of the Supplier Directory and its Keyword Index including all translations, database development and software written by or acquired and applied by the Publishing House, the particular arrangement, storage and reproduction of data, and the entire form of presentation and design protected by and in favour of the Publishing House is forbidden, even in extracts.

Any kind of abusive use of the databases such as the commercial resale of addresses, use in magazines etc., storage of the data material, nomenclature, and selection terms including in translated form etc. in data systems and the reproduction of the same is generally prohibited, including on the Internet or CD ROM and for one’s own purposes (general right of use), without special written authorisation on the basis of an individual contract with the Publishing House.

The data is stored in the electronic databases of the Publishing House and can also be retrieved externally via database systems, Internet and CD ROM.
